Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 19, 2025
This Privacy Policy describes how Infinite Nature Group ("ING," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use our AI Bot Hub at infinitenaturegroup.com (the "Service").
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide
- Email address — collected when you reach the 3-message gate in the free tier, when you create an account, or when you subscribe to a paid plan.
- Chat messages — the content of your conversations with our AI bots. These messages are stored to provide the Service and improve bot performance.
- Payment information — collected via Stripe, our third-party payment processor. We do not store your credit card number, CVV, or bank account details on our servers. We receive a payment confirmation token and subscription status from Stripe.
- Account information — name, email, and subscription tier when you create a customer account.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Usage data — pages visited, bots interacted with, features used, session duration, and click patterns.
- Device and browser information — IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers.
- Cookies and tracking technologies — see Section 5 (Cookies) below for full details.
- Meta Pixel data — if you have a Facebook account, Meta may associate your visit with your Facebook profile through the Meta Pixel we use for advertising. See Section 4 for details.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, operate, and maintain the AI Bot Hub Service
- To process your subscription and payments
- To send you transactional emails (subscription confirmations, cancellation confirmations, receipts)
- To enforce usage limits and access tiers (free, starter, pro, lifetime)
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
- To improve our AI bots and Service quality
- To send you marketing communications if you have opted in (you may opt out at any time)
- To comply with legal obligations
- To measure the performance of advertising campaigns via Meta Pixel
3. AI Processing — OpenAI
Important: When you send a message to any AI bot on this Service, your message is transmitted to OpenAI's API for processing. OpenAI acts as a data processor on our behalf.
- Your chat messages are sent to OpenAI's API to generate AI responses.
- OpenAI processes these messages according to OpenAI's API Data Usage Policies. As of the date of this policy, OpenAI does not use API inputs and outputs to train its models by default.
- We do not send your name, email, or payment information to OpenAI — only the content of your chat messages and a system prompt.
- Chat conversations may be stored in our database for up to 12 months for service provision and support purposes.
4. Meta Pixel and Advertising
We use the Meta Pixel (Pixel ID: 863650361150) on our website. The Meta Pixel is a piece of code that allows us to:
- Measure the effectiveness of our Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns
- Show our ads to people who have visited our website (remarketing)
- Build audiences of people who may be interested in our Service
We use Advanced Automatic Matching, which means Meta may match hashed versions of your email address (if you've provided it) to your Facebook profile to improve ad attribution accuracy. Your email is hashed (one-way encrypted) before being sent to Meta.
To opt out of Meta's use of your data for advertising, visit Facebook Ad Settings or use the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out tool.
5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use the following types of cookies and similar technologies:
- Essential cookies — required for the Service to function (session authentication, CSRF protection). Cannot be disabled.
- Analytics cookies — help us understand how visitors use our Service. We use these to improve features and performance.
- Advertising cookies — set by Meta Pixel to measure ad campaigns and enable remarketing. These are third-party cookies.
- Preference cookies — remember your settings (e.g., cookie consent preference, dismissed banners).
For more details, see our Cookie Policy.
6. Stripe Payment Processing
All payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. Stripe is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified. When you make a payment:
- Your payment card details are entered directly into Stripe's secure form and never touch our servers
- We receive a tokenized reference to your payment method and subscription status
- Stripe stores your billing address and payment method details according to Stripe's Privacy Policy
- We retain subscription status, plan tier, and billing history in our systems

- Meta — through the Meta Pixel for advertising measurement (see Section 4)
- Render — our cloud hosting provider (Render.com) where application data is stored and processed
- Law enforcement or regulators — when required by applicable law, court order, or to protect our rights
8. Data Retention
