Please read these Terms carefully before using the ING Bot Hub. By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The ING Bot Hub ("Service") is operated by Infinite Nature Group ("ING," "we," "us," or "our"). The Service provides access to AI-powered chatbot assistants across various categories including legal information, financial education, business strategy, health and wellness, marketing, and more.
IMPORTANT: All responses generated by our AI bots are AI-generated and for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice of any kind.
AI bots in the "Legal" category do not provide legal advice. They are not a substitute for a licensed attorney. Do not use AI-generated legal information as the basis for actual legal decisions without consulting a qualified lawyer licensed in your jurisdiction.
AI bots in the "Finance," "Business," and related categories do not provide financial, tax, investment, or accounting advice. Information is for educational purposes only. Results vary. No income, profit, or financial outcome is guaranteed. Consult a licensed financial professional before making financial decisions.
AI bots in the "Health" and "Wellness" categories do not provide medical advice. Always consult a licensed healthcare professional for medical decisions. Do not disregard professional medical advice based on AI-generated responses.
Results and performance metrics discussed by marketing and growth bots are illustrative examples only. Actual results depend on many factors beyond AI recommendations, including market conditions, execution quality, and individual effort.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 13 years old. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. By subscribing, you authorize ING to charge your payment method at the beginning of each billing cycle. The charge will appear on your statement from Stripe, our payment processor.
Your subscription will automatically renew each month and you will be charged the applicable fee (Starter: $9/mo, Pro: $29/mo) until you cancel. Lifetime plans are a one-time purchase with no recurring charges.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel:
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until that date. We do not prorate partial months.
We offer refunds within 7 days of your initial subscription payment if you have not used more than 10 AI bot conversations. To request a refund, email admin@infinitenaturegroup.com within 7 days of purchase. Lifetime plan purchases are non-refundable after 14 days. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that appear to abuse this policy.
We may change subscription prices with 30 days notice. Continued use after the price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
The free tier allows a limited number of messages per bot session. After reaching the limit, you will be prompted to create an account or upgrade. Free tier access may be modified, limited, or discontinued at any time.

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality (excluding AI-generated outputs), is owned by ING and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our written consent.
AI-generated responses produced through your use of the Service may be used by you for personal and commercial purposes, subject to any limitations set by OpenAI's usage policies.
Some pages and content on our website contain affiliate links. We may earn a commission if you purchase a product or service through an affiliate link, at no additional cost to you. We only recommend products and services we believe may be useful. Affiliate commissions do not influence the content of AI bot responses.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES. WE DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY AI-GENERATED CONTENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ING AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM:
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO ING IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ING and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any content you submit through the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to resolve any disputes with ING through binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association's Consumer Arbitration Rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for intellectual property disputes.
Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes with ING individually, not as part of any class action or representative proceeding.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on our website or sending an email to your registered address at least 7 days before changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.
